SO, yeah. Trying to get my landlord to get back to me on the whole getting cable installed in the house. He doesn't seem to want to email me or my roommate back. The counterbalance spring on the garage door is about to come out of the wall too. I hope he gets back to me. Then we can have cable. Then I can come back!

E-mail him and tell him his rental property has burnt to the ground. He might get back with you. Then again it sounds like it would be because of faulty wiring that he should have dealt with in which case he would most likely be found hiding in his closet with a cross to hold off the lawyers.
