This thread is here so any person interested in raiding can post the loot and bosses that said loot drops off that they plan on needing on. The main issue here being "NEEDING". We have to crack down and get focused so that we can be through the first four bosses in kara every week earlier than we have been. The best way for us to do that while being fair to everyone is to plan boss rotations in accordance with who needs what drop. Now that means that if the item is a side-grade item, off-spec, or a pvp item as opposed to a direct PVE raiding upgrade don't post that as an OMG I HAVE TO COME FOR "X" BOSS CUZ THAT IS THE SEXIEST MOST SORCESIST ITEM I HAVE EVER HAD MY PANTS CREAMED FOR!!!! I'm not saying don't mention it just don't post it as a needed item as this is kara and the plan here is to progress. Also, be understanding of the fact that certain group combinations wont work as well as others and that has to be taken into consideration for completing the first four on time. The officers have agreed to rotate out for ppl to get gear, but under no circumstances are we going to accept bosses not being killed throughout the week because of selfishness. I would like to see exactly which boss and the exact loot you want so that the raids can be better coordinated as to need.

Other than that I will only be rolling on offspec (healing/boomkin) gear if there is nobody else available in the run that needs it. Obviously rings/trinkets/necklaces/cloaks/weapons I will leave alone, but the leather gear I will roll offspec for after I'm told nobody else needs.
